You could put points into his healing skills to help counter this effect, or you could boost his damage even higher and rely on the medic to clean up the mess. The main character, for example, is a spear-wielding attacker who sacrifices his own health to damage enemies with broad, sweeping strikes. Each member of your five-person team must contribute in a way that benefits the group as a singular fighting unit.
